Two Magic Freeze Manipur

Education

In this period of fifty/sixty years all states have run fast in economic developments, having owners of
varied companies and entrepreneurs globally, nationally. While Manipur as being having beggar only from Central Govt or dependence everything on Union. Most educators, after wasting long valuable times, begin works like carpenter, shoe making, mobile selling, hawker, salesman or others. But it is too late and difficulty due to lack of experience or taste physical working nature i. e they did only book reading, been neglecting the various practicable works, essential financial and  dirty works but necessity i.e. didn't learn the real education(according to the situation of Manipur). While Many skill and experienced outsiders have been increasing enormously, as well as holding already all economic sectors of Manipur.

The following is a currently common story:

It is a hotel  at just roadside, Imphal City. At the front openly there, Michel was sitting in a chair by writing an application on the table. He was at finishing,  heard the noises from the road : horns of trafficking big vehicles, cars, bike and referees of traffic polices.

A traffic police shouted “Are you mad? ,hey crazy hawker, suicide hawker … look out the car..oh…” The hawker carelessly crossed the road by shouting “news, today’s news: awareness about the addition of Manipur to India, 1949 by a secret plotting force and cheat invitation…” Everybody watched him wonderfully or fearfully.

Michel called the hawker, “hello Rajesh…hi  it is me, Michel, come please.” The hawker stopped striding, looked at him for a moment. “hey Michel my dear..How are you?” asked the hawker. “Fine”replied Michel with smile.

They were sitting together, having tea. Michel finished the application; asked, "how is today? 

“Not bad my friend writer" replied the hawker, "I start since early morning; now, 11 am, can earn Rs 85…… "

Michel : wow you have better experienced or learned. Now you have started learn real education. Your education classed, graduation is the wrong education, a cheater and education is a magic of cheater. It ruined my life of twenty years more too. I hate it. Since last year I began learning shoe making.

Hawker : Everybody says, education is knowledge. But you are right, I couldn’t get any Govt. job and my age bar too over. I have been suffering at earning and maintaining my family. Just now I seek Rs 3000/ for son’s admission..

In the mean time the proprietor of the hotel named RamVillas came, joined them.

Hawker: Mr. Ram Villas, how are you?

Ram Villas : I am fine, Sir.

Michel handed over the paper to Ram Villas.

Hawker : What is this?

Ram Villas : An application, I hired Michel to write this. He is MA, a good writer and calculator. You know I am not a good educator, learned class six only.  

Michel : But you started to read and learn practically the real education i.e. how to start or work a work or business, earn or use or deposit money, practice with skill or focus to develop etc. from childhood days that you have developed step by step because it all essential or real or familiar to such undeveloped economic State. You have opened four big hotels including one Three Star at different districts now. I learned MA completely. But now I need money, have started learning shoe making.  “Atomic Theory”, “Newton’s Three Laws”, “Triangle Laws”, “Formulas of Mathematics”, “Chemical Equations” and the all chapters of different subjects are not placed at such reality education like my service (shoe making) which is my livelihood vital occupation or subject. And so, currently I can’t expend Rs. 1000 freely at any time.

Hawker : Ram Villas you have become a billionaire now. But you came here with your father like a refugee.  Alright, how many children you have.   

Ram Villas: Six; the eldest  manage the “Three Star Hotel” now. I am relaxed a bit my life.

Hawker : Wow. You are amazing great. Only two kids ours; but just starting to burn, now.  We, the indigenous ones have so many to learn from you, the outsider.  

Ram Villas: My father said, “we, the poor doesn’t need more learning or reading books, should up to class six only. We need physical practices more.”  He further said, “ while universal truths(like undeveloped economic family) are being not practiced, new knowledge or expertise over/ higher talking or reading higher books are not needed.  And men are the economic demographically. That, we shouldn’t follow the rule of family planning: one or two.

Michel : I think: Modern Education and Family Planning are the two typical traps or magic, which have been freezing Manipur since sixty years before.  The lives of educated over aged bar aged indigenous peoples walk  dully and timidly among shining lives, energetic and clever wild outsiders. 

Ram Villas : So, Manipur is not advance- developed or scientific state; it is undeveloped economic and none resourceful at all due to lack of work culture. No need too much reading books wasting long times or years. All you mostly learn quantum physics....will you make nuclear bombs?....to where?

While you are earning with difficult when entering in real responsibility life.

Michel : Absolutely right. We trusted wrong policies: of Family Planning and Education. As a result, now our population is decreased while outsiders increase day by day. While maintaining or practicing long educational years and dreaming doctors, engineers, IAS officers or a Govt. service without  looking out our surrounding essential works and none taking care all economic sectors; that, all have been captured already by outsiders; none place of ours; we have  begin something at all.
In education, all subjects (arts, sciences, commerce and others) should be learned or formed 70% practically and 30% theoretically. Education must be loved to learn and to aim yourself an Excellency Freedom Government to govern your future life, not for  salary of a machinery servant.  

The hawker stood up and said, "Okay friends, let me go.....me not lazy." He left them by shouting, "news, news, today's news....."
