Manipur needs Work, Finance and Honest Revolution.
All professional persons like doctors, engineers, contractors, teachers, ministers, officers and others need learning honesty along responsibility to enable sacrifice to their respective duties by performing all practical fields related to universal truths with civilized or broad thoughts neglecting all dirty or corrupted minds.
Besides, the modern education is for a few development. That's only five percent can be developed or employed; those other educated massive lost have to begin new walks of works never met or learned before for livelihood. It is too late, they earn money, but can't ascend higher in life, got experience as growing old aged.   Everybody aims doctor, engineer, active service or a Govt. service; but none aims to become a carpenter, shoe maker, an own business sector or company and no one learn to become a freedom perfect one like the Govt. to govern his life or society.

As currently situation of economic poor or undeveloped state like Manipur (due to full of corruptions and dishonest; earning by easy way without work culture; laziness, corrupted, selfishness and meanest potentials along all ways of economic resources i.e. failures or empty. While ); we need change or establish new three higher quality education centers as follows :

1. Honest Schoole

'Honesty' is the basis of a person, family, group, profession, office, machinery, Govt and company or business. It, is  a natural own instrument for every achievement of lives, is duty or responsibility for rapid developing or protecting himself or partners or the state. An honesty one does always its duty perfectly like a man, at night, lonely walking on road by regarding the traffic rules. That's he understand that there wouldn't be necessity of selfish, secret advantage and corrupt;  he habitats and enjoys achievements or along good society corp orating him. 

It keeps or organizes unity or better partners functioning their respective responsibilities. All citizens are the partners of the state for growing up any development. 'Honesty' is the priority education to learn or train by setting up schools in the state like Manipur. So various higher moral books must be read and learned practically too.

2. Finance School

We know that everything depends on money. Earning tends on different varied ways: business, marketing, profession, farm, company, industry etc. And we are daily compliant to expend for needs like food, clothe, medicine, vehicle, different kinds of products from different countries. Our money is linked to every worldly thing or our things are money of different currencies. It is the most important process or a different work which is needy, to be learned. That's we have a broad way  or a great chapter of net work for earning or becoming financial good sound. Students might train basically and practically how to buy, sell, save money, group discussion, connecting different peoples etc. Finance chapter is unlimited scope. If we can, can discover a new financial or business system or chapter. That's a sign of developing economic condition of our state i.e.we have become owner of many worldly things or our local things have been attractive and demand-able. For pulling up our economic condition or resources, finance schools should be set up at different places of the undeveloped economic state like Manipur.

3. Working school

By setting up Work Schools we can bring a shining smart society with sensitive organisms. Physical Working is the best education. It increases real knowledge and keeps long strong all organisms of human body. And we should aware that our human physical body can do many amazing and unbelievable jobs, as we can see a circus man's mighty performances in a circus; a sport man like a weight lifter, racer etc.; a farmer working in field facing hot days or rainy days. All are necessities and valuable physical ability works.

Computer is compulsory. Paintings are too importance to everyone. General foundation practical course  should be opened.

Besides students must practice using common tools like hammer, saw, jack plane, axes, digger, spade etc. They have routine to work at gardening, green farming, planting trees and some particular dirty works i.e. they learn or practice to grow up economic resources as well as getting aware about different life styles of different people sections.

These three would be the best familiar or priority education in Manipur; would produces all human resources like perfect ones along economic generators: politicians, teachers, Govt. machinery, businessmen, private sectors and other professional peoples.
