This beautiful Meeteism Mythology has been practicing as a traditional culture since ancient civilization. That, every Manipuri people have been worshiping the god of family/residence house. He is king of every house. This family god is greater than all other gods and goddesses. So He is known as king of gods and goddesses. The exterior gods and goddesses do their duties to help the administration of the state's king and more than four hundred gods of "dense forest" do their duties`to protect the state's forests, environments and not to change climate etc. All these jobs are at His agreement. 

Thus, in real Federal Government, we can read as;

Family is more important or greater than State;
State must follow Family.
State is more important or greater than Union;
Union must follow State.
