If thousands or lac or ..of outsiders continue their settlements by never ending renewal and renewal system, What is meaning of ILP.?


To Discuss in reason;

1. Permit should not depend on fees : It should be a common sense and is an organ relating of out looking sensing danger or a trafficker as understanding the ratio with the population of Manipuri native peoples and economic condition of Manipur : It must be at the favor Manipur.

2. It should be given generally for some days.

3. It should be given a longer period at the favor of Manipur.

4. Renewal System shouldn't be practiced. ILP never needs renewal system.

5. Let outsiders to recycle for entering/permitting after a given interval period of some months.
i.e. when ended the time period they should return to their respective states and after some months or
after the given interval time period, they may enter Manipur again.

6. For the special case, by just perfect calculation, the outsiders might be given the required period:   long or short.

7. Outsiders should aware too ILP is a kind of Unique Cooperation along the lovely view of minority native peoples of Manipur.
